Speaker: Mara King
This film is a series of short films that follow renown fermented food author Sandor Katz and Mara King, co-founder of Ozuke in Southwest China. On their travel, they eat lots of amazing things, cook with locals, and learn as much as they can about the fermentation traditions of the region. Mara King will introduce the film series and conduct a demo and tasting.
Fresh Thymes will be onsite to sample a fermented rice pudding we created in collaboration with Mara King.
